Our car is currently at our advanced research facility in Houston for
the roll cage installation, which is being handled primarily by our chief
fabricator, Steve Kent. Here are some shots of the reinforcement plates

UPDATE! The cage is nearly complete! After working feverishly
for nearly a month, our ace fabricator Steve Kent has nearly finished the cage! Truth
be told, he had a little help. Shown here is the only known photograph of his
secretive assistant:
All that remains to be done on the cage is to install the drivers door bar,
which should be done early next week. Then it's back to Dallas where the remainder
of the work will be performed.
Chief fabricator Kent likes to crush random objects in the vice, just for fun.
We are going to keep the stock dash, since there is no money for fancy gauges.

The doorbar is done and the cage is complete!

The cage was painted with the cheapest paint we could find, 99 cents per
can at Home Depot.
